- Every state's rules. Professional Tax, LWF, minimum wages and Shops & Establishments for every state and UT. Payroll warns when basic and DA fall below the state's minimum wage. See state rules.
- Your own salary structures. CTC or gross, your own pay heads (washing, canteen, mediclaim…), caps, and employer PF, ESIC and gratuity inside the CTC. Payroll is checked before you lock it, and staff can confirm their month.
- The paperwork done for you. Offer, appointment, confirmation, increment and relieving letters on your letterhead, signed by OTP or Aadhaar eSign.

Can we move to HR Bingo from what we use now?
Yes. Employees and salaries come in from Excel; HR Bingo checks every row and lists any problem before saving. You can also bring in pay already given this year, so TDS stays right. Huminivex can do the move for you.
Do we have to use Huminivex's HR team?
No. Most companies run HR Bingo themselves. Huminivex is there when you want it: every month, in a busy month, or while you hire an HR person.
