CRM set up for your industry: leads, deals and follow-ups

Pick your industry and the CRM is ready: a manufacturer gets enquiries that end in "Order received", a builder gets site visits and "Booked", a school gets admission enquiries, a consultant gets opportunities that end in "Engagement signed". Everything can be renamed, and sales staff see only their own leads.

Made for your industry

Thirteen ready setups, from manufacturing and construction to real estate, education, healthcare, trading and consulting: stages, lead sources, reasons for losing and the extra fields that business needs.

Deals board

A column per stage with the count and value. Drag a deal to the next stage on a computer, or move it from the phone. Losing one asks why.

Follow-ups that are not missed

Log a call, visit or WhatsApp and plan the next follow-up in one step. Each person is reminded on the app before it, with a list every morning.

No duplicates

The same phone or email cannot be added twice; you are told who already has it.

Import from Excel

Bring an IndiaMART, exhibition or old CRM list from Excel or CSV. Anyone already there is skipped.

Won deals become clients

A won deal turns the lead into a client, and with Projects starts the project for it.

Who sees what

Admin and HR see and change everything. Managers see everything and work on their team's. Sales staff see only the leads, deals and follow-ups they and their team look after. Field visits from the app link to the same clients and leads.

Industries it is set up for

Frequently asked questions

Can we change the stages?

Yes. Rename, add or remove stages, set the chance of winning at each, and keep more than one pipeline (for example new business and renewals).

Do we need the HR package to use the CRM?

The CRM is bought as an add-on. Your sales staff use the same login as for attendance and leave.

Does it remind people?

Yes. Each follow-up is reminded on the HR Bingo app within the hour before it, and at 9 in the morning each person gets the day's list.
