For managers
Managers see their team's attendance for the day, who is on leave and the requests waiting for them. They can approve with one tap.
Company code sign-in
Staff sign in with your company code and their own login. Each company's data is kept in its own database.
Reminders the app sends
- A clock-in reminder 15 minutes after the shift starts, if the employee has not clocked in
- A clock-out reminder 30 minutes after the shift ends, if they are still clocked in
- On Mondays a check of last week's attendance, and on the 1st a check of last month's, listing missed clock-outs and absent days
- Birthday and work anniversary wishes, with a note to colleagues
- For admin and HR, a morning summary of who is present, late, absent or on leave, and leave waiting for approval
Phone or browser
Everything an employee does is under My space, in the mobile app, in a phone browser or on a computer. On a phone, staff can also use the browser's "Add to Home screen" to open HR Bingo like an app.
Frequently asked questions
Is the app the same for every company?
Yes, it is one app. What staff can do depends on your company's settings and plan.
What if an employee does not have a smartphone?
HR can add punches for that person from the web, with a reason, and can enter leave for them.
Can staff see other people's records?
No. An employee sees only their own attendance, leave, payslips and letters. A manager also sees their own team, and HR sees everyone.
