Online induction and exit management
Joining and leaving done properly, without chasing paper. New joiners finish their part online before the first day, and every exit follows the same steps up to the full and final settlement.
Induction online
A private link for the joiner to send documents and details and accept the policies and job description; the login opens on the joining day.
Resignation and approval
Resignation from the app or entered by HR, accepted, held or retained, with the notice period worked out.
Clearances and handover
Each department clears the person; the handover is confirmed by whoever takes it over.
Exit interview and no-dues
An exit interview and a signed no-dues before the last day.
Full and final
The settlement is worked out from payroll, with letters made automatically.
Absconding
A path with notices to the person when someone stops coming.
