A typical day
- The salesperson clocks in from the app and chooses Somewhere else. The location is saved with the punch.
- At each client, they start a visit with the client name and purpose, and a photo if your rules ask for one.
- They end the visit with a note on what was discussed.
- Travel by own vehicle is claimed as kilometres in an expense claim, and the amount is worked out at your rate.
- They clock out at the end of the day. Managers see the day's visits on the web by person, client or date.
Clients and leads
The team shares one list of clients and leads, each with a contact person, phone, city and an owner. Leads are marked New, Contacted, Won or Lost. Visits linked to a client or lead stay with it, so a manager can see who met them and when.
One app for field staff
Attendance, visits, expenses and leave are all in the same HR Bingo app. Staff on the road apply for leave, check balances and download payslips from their phone, and managers approve from theirs.
Frequently asked questions
Do you track location all day?
No. Location is recorded at clock-in, clock-out and visit check-ins. Live tracking is planned as a separate add-on.
Can we stop field staff clocking in from home?
Yes. Clock-in rules decide whether staff may choose working from home or somewhere else, and how many clock-ins a day are allowed.
Can Huminivex handle HR for our field sales team?
Yes. With managed HR and payroll, Huminivex's team handles attendance corrections, expense approvals at the HR step, payroll and compliance on HR Bingo.
