What HR Bingo covers for logistics companies
- Warehouses and hubs as office locations, each with its own clock-in radius
- Clock-in from Other location for drivers, with the location taken only at clock-in and clock-out
- Field visits with location and photo for pickups and deliveries, if you use them
- Expense claims with bills, approved by the manager and added to payroll
- Overtime and night shifts in the warehouse, with your own multipliers
- PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and LWF, with the ECR and ESIC files
A typical set-up
- Leave policies for Warehouse, Drivers and Office staff
- Day and night shifts for each warehouse
- Biometric machines at the warehouse gate, linked to HR Bingo
- Loading contractors added under contract labour, with their workers and licences
Drivers without a smartphone
Not every driver or loader has a smartphone. HR can enter punches for them with a reason, and leave can be entered by HR too, so attendance and pay stay complete. Machine punches and app clock-ins go into the same register. Attendance machines.
Payroll run by Huminivex
With managed HR and payroll, Huminivex runs monthly payroll and compliance on HR Bingo for every hub, and you approve.
Frequently asked questions
Is a driver tracked all day?
No. The location is taken only when they clock in, clock out or record a field visit.
Can fuel and toll expenses be paid with salary?
Yes. Approved expense claims go into the next payroll, or can be paid separately.
Do contract loaders count in our headcount?
No. With the contract labour add-on they are kept apart from your employees and payroll.
