Less admin for a small HR team
Requests, approvals and payslips are on the app, so at month end HR only has to check the data. Expense claims with receipts flow into payroll.
Leave for project teams
Half days can be allowed for each leave type, and a leave type can need a set number of days' notice. Comp off can be credited only when HR adds it, for example after weekend work. Earned leave can carry forward up to a cap and be encashed at year end through payroll.
Payroll and TDS
TDS is projected for the year under each employee's regime and spread over the remaining months. For people who join mid-year, HR enters what was earned and deducted earlier in the year, so the projection is correct. Payslips reach the app on the day salary is paid.
Exits and notice period
Employees submit their resignation from My space and see their notice period and last day. Once it is accepted, an exit checklist is followed and the full and final settlement is prepared. Relieving and experience letters are drafted when it is paid.

Yes. The regime is set per employee, with declared deductions for the old regime.
Can staff mark a work from home day?
Yes, if you allow it. They choose working from home when clocking in, and the location is saved with the punch.
