Staff who join and leave often
Hospitality has high turnover, so HR spends a lot of time on joining and exits. Online induction collects documents before day one, and each exit follows the same steps: resignation or absconding, clearances, items returned and the full and final settlement within two working days. Onboarding and exit.
Payroll run by Huminivex
With managed HR and payroll, Huminivex runs monthly payroll and compliance on HR Bingo for all your outlets, and you approve.
Frequently asked questions
Can staff work at more than one outlet?
Yes. Each outlet is an office location, and staff can clock in at the outlet they are working at that day.
What if an employee stops coming without notice?
Record it as absconding. HR Bingo sends a notice with a link to reply, then a final notice, and closes the exit.
Can we pay overtime for late closings?
Yes. Overtime is worked out from the hours beyond the shift, with your own rounding, cap and multipliers.
