Delete your HR Bingo account
Ask for your HR Bingo login to be deleted, in the app or here.
In the app
Open the HR Bingo app › Profile › Delete my account, give a reason if you like, and send. Your company's HR or admin is told and deletes the login.
Without the app
Fill in the form below with your company's HR Bingo code (the word before .hrbingo.com, also shown when you sign in) and the email you sign in with.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted: your login (you can no longer sign in to the app or the web), with its name and email, and the app's notification registrations for your phone.
- Kept by your employer: your employee record, attendance, leave, payslips, PF, ESIC and tax records, which Indian labour and tax laws require employers to keep for several years. They stay with your company, not with HR Bingo, and are not used for anything else.
HR Bingo is provided to your employer by Huminivex Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Questions: the contact page, or see our privacy page.
